What does your day look like? It's fall and school is back in session. As you race from work to after-school activities do you ever feel like your fur kids are getting lost in the shuffle? Do you find yourself wondering: "Wait a minute... who fed the cat?"... "Did the letterbox get cleaned?"...or..."Did anyone walk the dog this morning?" Maybe you have a new puppy or an older dog or cat that needs some extra TLC during the day with a pee break or a 30-minute walk/play session; or maybe your older cat or dog needs medication during the day. And we all know that our fur kids do better in their own homes when we need to be away for the weekend or a longer vacation.
I can help! I can provide personalized care based on your needs for your fur
kid(s). I can also provide various home services such as bringing in the mail, rotating blinds, turning on lamps and/or radio or TV, which, by making it appear that your house is occupied, can be a crime deterrent. Choose the schedule and services you want and I'll do the rest.
Basic Fees and Services:
FREE get acquainted visit (allow an hour to an hour-and-a-half)
**Daily dog walks:
1 daily 30-40 minute walk/play session.....$15.00 2 daily walks.....$25.00
2 short pee breaks.....$20.00
(These visits include bringing in the mail, giving treats and dispensing meds - if necessary)
Have an odd schedule? Shift work? I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
**Cat Sitting:
1 daily 30-40 minute visit.....$15.00 2 visits.....$25.00
(These visits include providing food and water, cleaning litter box(es), dispensing meds-if necessary, play/cuddle time, bringing in the mail, rotating blinds, watering plants....)
Litterbox care: Pick your litter and let me take care of the rest. $15.00
Dog/Cat Sitting:
Up to 4 daily visits for up to 4 fur kids.....$40.00/day
(includes 4 walk/play sessions, feeding, cleaning litter box(es), give medication when necessary, bring in mail/paper, water plants, adjust blinds, etc.)
More than 4 fur kids? Need extra visits or other specialized care? Call me to discuss your needs.
I am also available on a limited basis for overnight pet-sitting/house-sitting. Please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

Other Services:
As my schedule allows I will be happy to:
Help you crate your fur kids and accompany you to the veterinarian $10.00/trip
Wash/brush your dog $15.00
(I am not a groomer, but I can get your dog clean and brushed)
I do offer a discount for senior citizens.
I am fully insured and bonded.
**A word about walks: This is one-on-one time with your dog(s) only. I keep a close eye on the weather in order to exposure to extreme temperatures etc., and adjust the daily schedule accordingly. This will sometimes result in the combination of a quick "pee break" and a longer walk to work around weather conditions. I will also do my best to make sure we avoid stray dogs and other distractions. For safety reasons I obviously cannot walk an adult dog that is not socialized and/or at least minimally leash-trained. Nor can I walk or assume care of a dog that has a history of biting or fighting. I require proof that your dog is up-to-date on all required vaccinations before assuming care.
**A word about cats: Have you ever walked into a really dirty, yucky public restroom? You know what I mean - really smelly and filthy, and who knows when the toilet was last flushed! That's how your cat feels about her/his litter box when it isn't cleaned out at least once a day.And when the box isn't cleaned at least once a day some cats "act out" by peeing and/or pooping in other places. For the sake of your cat's health and your home PLEASE do not ask me to visit your cat less often than once a day. I may never see your cat if s/he is shy, but by monitoring the use of the litter box and keeping it clean and monitoring the food and water dishes I can ensure that your cat and your home are safe while you are gone.
